Our Spanish Agents are warm, friendly, helpful and just very pleasant people to deal with.
They provide basic services free of charge to you. This includes meeting you at the apartment, handing over keys for access to the estate security zone, the apartment and storage facilities, showing you the parking facilities, etc. They will also show you how to turn on and off services, functioning of equipment,etc.
Additionally they provide extra services for a reasonable fee, such as airport pickup, welcome food packs for your arrival, arrange golfing expeditions, boat hire, etc. A full list of their services can be obtained and arranged prior to departure.

The balance is payable not later than one month prior to occupancy.
